Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure Windows, applications, and system devices.
- Handle user tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2 team when required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Windows OS & basic troubleshooting
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Basic networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Active Directory basics
- Ticketing tools
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
