Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers (by travelling to the customer's location)
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows/macOS)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Assist in network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues
- Configure printers, scanners, and other devices
- Support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within SLA
- Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk / TeamViewer
- Maintain IT assets and inventory records
- Assist senior engineers in system maintenance and updates

Required Skills

- Two-Wheeler with License must
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office




- Understanding of troubleshooting techniques
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (preferred)

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 1-6 year experience can apply
