About OEO

Orchid Ent Outfit operates the master retail concession at Jodhpur Airport (JDH), curating a retail experience that pairs Marwar’s rich craft heritage with contemporary brands. We’re building something rooted in the Blue City’s identity — and we want people who care about design and craft to help shape it.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and coordinate the design, drawings, and storefront execution for brands setting up at Jodhpur Airport — reviewing layouts, signage, and visual detailing against our design guidelines.

• Act as a design liaison between brand partners and our team to ensure a consistent Blue-City / Marwar aesthetic across units.

• Research, discover, and shortlist local artisanal products and Jodhpur-based craft manufacturers for retail curation.

• Build and maintain a working directory of artisans, small-batch makers, and heritage product lines with notes on quality,



pricing, and readiness for airport retail.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a design program — NIFT Jodhpur students strongly preferred.

• An eye for aesthetics, spatial/visual design, and craft; genuine interest in Marwar’s artisanal ecosystem.

• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and brands, and organized enough to keep research documented.

• Based in or around Jodhpur, with the flexibility to visit the airport site and local craft clusters as needed.

• Type: Part-time, designed to fit around your college schedule.

• Stipend: ₹10,000/month.

• Location: Jodhpur (field + on-site work).
