Role Overview

As the Design Lead –

- AI-Generative Multimedia Expert, you will spearhead the integration of AI technologies into multimedia design workflows, producing impactful, innovative content that strengthens Moving Walls’ position as a global AdTech pioneer.

Responsibilities

- AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality visual, audio, and video content while streamlining and automating production workflows.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all multimedia outputs align with brand guidelines and strategic messaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Elevate digital marketing efforts through AI-enhanced graphics, animations, videos, and immersive content experiences (including AR/VR).
- Innovation &
- R&D;: Stay ahead of emerging AI and creative technology trends. Pilot new tools and integrate advancements into the production ecosystem.
- Team Collaboration &
- Enablement: Partner with design, marketing, and tech teams to identify opportunities for multimedia integration. Provide training and best practices for AI tool adoption.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 7 years in multimedia design, including a strong portfolio of AI-powered creative work
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, RunwayML, DALL·E, ChatGPT) and multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Creative Skills: Strong storytelling, visual communication, and user engagement strategies
- Leadership &
- Execution: Demonstrated success in leading creative teams and integrating AI-driven innovation into design projects
