About the Role

We are looking for a Design Systems Engineer to lead the design system setup for our product. In this role, you will be responsible for turning fragmented UI into a highly scalable visual architecture. You will act as the crucial bridge between design and engineering, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility is built-in from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities

- Audit existing user interfaces to identify inconsistencies and areas for consolidation.
- Build and maintain scalable design tokens and variables.
- Construct and manage a master Figma component library.
- Document comprehensive usage guidelines for the design system.
- Bridge the gap between design and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and implementation.
- Ensure all components comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Note: Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating Auto Layout and Variants work to be considered.





Technical Skills / Tools

- UI/UX design & Design systems thinking
