- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Head & Block, including Water Jackets, Ports, Cylinder Cores, Skeleton-Driven Modelling, Top-Down Structuring, Core Split/Parting Line, and Draft creation using Creo.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the above Creo modelling activities.

- Solid knowledge of Casting Design, Modelling, and manufacturing drawing preparation for Heads, Blocks, and Housings.

- Good understanding of Foundry Processes, Casting Tooling Development, and Machining Processes related to Head, Block, and Housing components.

- Strong proficiency in Creo Family Tables, Assemblies, and Group Creation.

- Experience in Wall Thickness Validation and Casting Geometry Comparison using Creo.

- Knowledge of Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis, Limits & Fits, GD&T;, Surface Texturing, and Datum Target setup.

- Working knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Teamcenter Release Processes / Change management.
