Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team in Mumbai.

The role mainly involves mechanical design, CAD drawings, 3D models, and product development. You will work with our team to understand client requirements and develop practical designs that are easy and cost-effective to manufacture.

We are also interested in people who are curious about new technology and AI tools and how they can be used to make engineering work faster, smarter, and more efficient.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys designing, solving technical problems, learning recent things, and working on real engineering projects.

What You Will Do

- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models
- Prepare detailed drawings for manufacturing
- Work on mechanical product and component designs
- Make design changes based on client and project requirements
- Check dimensions, drawings, and technical details
- Support prototype development and testing
- Work with mechanical and electrical teams when required
- Help find practical and cost-effective solutions to design problems
- Prepare basic technical documents and reports
- Explore the use of AI and new digital tools to support engineering work, research, calculations, documentation, and design ideas

What We Are Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design
- Practical understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail




- Basic understanding of electrical systems will be helpful
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Candidates with relevant design or manufacturing experience will be preferred
- Basic awareness of AI tools and current technology trends is an advantage
- Interest in learning how AI can be used in engineering, design, manufacturing, and day-to-day technical work

Freshers with good CAD skills, practical knowledge, and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Salary

Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month

Salary can be discussed based on your skills, practical knowledge, CAD ability, and previous experience.
