- Min 4-8 Years in Electrical Rotating Machine Design (Design and Development of Synchronous Hydro Generator)

Vertical Machines

Experience in Design and Development of Synchronous Hydro Vertical

AC Generator.

Must have experience in Recent Product Development (NPD), NPI Gate

Methodology, Proto Development, Design-Test Ratio Analysis, etc.

Must have in-depth knowledge of Design Optimization of Synchronous

Experience in Design and Development of Synchronous Hydro Vertical

AC Generator.

Must have experience in New Product Development (NPD), NPI Gate

Methodology, Proto Development, Design-Test Ratio Analysis, etc.

Must have in-depth knowledge of Design Optimization of Synchronous

Machines and Cost Reduction Strategies.

Should have good knowledge of IEC 60034, NEMA MG1 standards.





Should have good knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DFA, DFM, RCA,

CAPA, etc.

Should have good technical knowledge of the subject and the ability to communicate effectively.

Should have in-depth knowledge of Mechanical Design Concepts,

Mechanical Calculations (Rotor Dynamics, Stress, Inertia, Bearing, End-

shield Calculations, etc.), Components Selection, BOM, Accessories

Selection, Termination, etc.

Should have experience in 3D Modelling and ANSYS for Structural and

Modal Analysis.

Discussion with inter-departmental teams and exchange of support for on-time project delivery.
