Morni is looking for someone who can sit at the center of design, production, and client experience at our Jaipur Spacebase.

We need an experienced designer who understands the luxury garment market - someone who can design beautifully, but also knows how to bring that vision to life, manage the details, and get the final piece into the customer’s hands at a world-class standard.

The Role

- Take ideas from concept → sample → production → finished piece
- Manage sampling, fittings, tech packs, timelines, QC, and delivery
- Coordinate across designers, pattern masters, tailors, embroiderers, dyers, artisans, and vendors
- Work directly with global clients and translate their ideas into clear design direction
- Build cleaner, more scalable design + production systems
- Protect the level of detail, finish, and taste expected in luxury clothing

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in luxury fashion / garments
- Solid design sensibility + deep understanding of garment construction




- Knows how to move from a beautiful idea to a beautifully delivered product
- Confident interacting with a global audience
- Tasteful, composed, and able to guide clients through an intimate creative process
- Highly organized and obsessive about fit, finish, quality, and detail
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems on the floor
- Excited to use AI + digital tools to improve design and production workflows

Morni’s co-creation platform is a luxury, intimate experience with tasteful visionaries from around the world. This person will be a key bridge between those clients and the makers bringing their ideas to life.
