Policy Bazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager Health Insurance to lead a large sales team and drive business growth across the Health Insurance vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a 50+ member Health Insurance sales team.
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and key business metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and overall team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer and business escalations effectively.
- Analyze sales reports and dashboards to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Build a strong performance-oriented culture within the team.

Candidate Requirements




- 10+ years of overall experience in Insurance/BFSI/Sales.
- Strong experience in Health Insurance is preferred.
- Proven experience in large team handling (50+ members).
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and people-management skills.
- Robust target orientation with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work Saturday & Sunday as mandatory working days.
