SJ is hiring for Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager for the PMNC project for infrastructure development of Kopparthy Industrial Area (KIA) under the Vizag–Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC).

The position will be responsible for providing senior-level infrastructure engineering and project management support for the development and implementation of major infrastructure works.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Infrastructure Management / Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of progressively senior experience in infrastructure engineering and implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Experience in infrastructure projects involving roads, drainage, sewerage, power, solid waste management, CETP/STP, WTP, etc.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification from a recognised national/international professional body or institution.
- Experience in at least one programme/project in a leadership capacity of similar experience.
- International experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and oversee infrastructure engineering and project implementation activities.
- Provide strategic and technical direction for infrastructure development works.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and overall implementation.
- Support planning, coordination and management of infrastructure packages.
- Review technical matters and provide solutions for project-related issues.
- Ensure effective coordination across roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, power and other infrastructure components.
- Support the Programme Director in overall programme and project management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a senior infrastructure professional with robust leadership, project management and stakeholder coordination experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial, urban or new-city infrastructure development projects.
