? Location: Igatpuri | Versatile for other locations
? Experience: 10–12 Years
? Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior
? Preference: Candidates with strong Hotel Interior Fit-out experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor Civil, Interior & MEP execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers & subcontractors
- Drive project quality, safety, timelines & execution
- Manage project planning, progress reviews & reporting
- Coordinate Civil, Interior, MEP, Stores, QS & QA/QC teams
- Monitor project wastage and ensure cost-effective execution
Technical Skills:
MEP knowledge – Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, BMS
MS Office | PowerPoint | MS Project! Autocad
