2. Conduct Applied 5 's' Audit
3. Identify and allocate Improvement projects, CFT, QCC fromDashboards and review effectiveness
4. Review of Unit BEST Activities
5. Horizontal Deployment of Best Practices
6. Promote BEST culture in Plant e.g. Kaizen Hungama, TQMHour, BEST Convention etc.
7. Alignment with Corporate BEST for Target Setting -Kaizen, QC/TPS, CFT, Improvement

Projects and Group BEST convention.
1. Alignment with External agencies for participation inQC/TPS competitions etc.
2. Understanding of Customer CSR / SOR requirement
3. Understanding of customer Manual event auditrequirement
