Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for our retail business. The role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, manpower planning, new store employee engagement
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate communication until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
Joining &
- Onboarding
- Handle pre-joining documentation and verification.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, probation extension letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure timely completion of probation evaluations and confirmation processes.
Manpower Planning &
- Budgeting
- Monitor manpower budgets and vacancy status across stores.
- Track approved versus actual headcount.
Salary Proposal &
- Compensation
- Prepare salary structures and compensation proposals in line with company policies.
- Benchmark salaries based on market trends and internal parity.
- Coordinate offer approvals and maintain salary records.
Retail Operations Support
- Conduct regular store visits to understand operational requirements and employee concerns.
- Support store managers in manpower planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policy compliance across retail locations.
- Resolve employee grievances in coordination with business stakeholders.
New Store Opening
- Plan and execute HR activities for current store launches.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of store staff.
- Ensure all HR documentation and statutory requirements are completed before store opening.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
HR Operations &
- Compliance
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate background verification and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain HR records.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Retail HR.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR operations for multiple retail stores is preferred.
- Experience in new store openings and volume hiring will be an added advantage.
