Lead Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) O&M; activities for the power plant.

Ensure reliable operation of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI and control systems.

Manage instrumentation for BTG, CHP, AHP, BOP, and Pump House.

Handle preventive, predictive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.

Troubleshoot control loops, transmitters, control valves, interlocks, alarms and protections.

Ensure proper functioning of FSSS, ESD and critical protection systems.

Plan and execute calibration, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities.

Conduct RCA for recurring C&I; failures and implement corrective actions.

Manage spares, inventory, procurement and maintenance planning.

Coordinate with Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, Projects and OEM teams.

Lead the C&I; team, allocate manpower and monitor maintenance performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, SOPs and statutory requirements.

Improve plant reliability, equipment availability and automation performance.

Maintain SAP/CMMS records, maintenance reports and technical documentation.
