Role Summary

Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations for the Morbi location, including production planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, quality coordination, NPD support, outsourcing, vendor management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Production planning and supply planning based on forecasts and demand.
- Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services.
- Strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Inventory optimization and material allocation.
- Logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse management.
- Vendor development, outsourcing, and performance management.
- Quality coordination, packaging improvement, and complaint resolution.
- Cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
- Team leadership, capability building, and operational excellence initiatives.

Candidate Profile 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement. Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and vendor management.

Experience in Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, Manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.

Experience with ERP/MIS systems and solid leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Operations, or related discipline. MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Procurement preferred.
