Who We Are

SkivoHire is hiring for a digital platform that enables end-to-end sourcing and management of raw materials for the construction industry. We connect buyers — builders, contractors,

developers and project teams — with a vetted network of suppliers and manufacturers, and we manage the entire journey: discovery, pricing, ordering, financing, logistics and delivery, all in one place.

Construction is one of the largest sectors of the economy, yet it still runs on phone calls, paper challans, opaque pricing and fragmented, unreliable supply chains. That fragmentation is exactly the prospect. Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: to corporatise, catalyse and cleanse the construction sector — and to bring joy back to building.

Why This Role Is Different

Build the market, not maintain it. you will bring builders, contractors and project teams onto a platform that doesn't yet have the trust and habit an offline trade has built over decades — you are creating that habit.

Ownership from day one. you will own a buyer cluster or set of accounts — activation, order growth and repeat usage — with real, measurable targets.

Two-sided commercial fluency. you will understand how a contractor buys, what drives their sourcing decisions, and how to read BOQs, quotations and margins well enough to negotiate credibly.

Present where the real work happens. sites, project offices and contractor hangouts are your workplace as much as any office — you close the gap between the offline reality and the digital platform.

Mentored by founders and senior leaders. you will work directly alongside the people setting the company's direction.

A fast path to leadership.

this role is the entry point to becoming a Category Manager, City /

Cluster Lead, or Growth Manager as we scale.

What You Will Actually Do

Buyer acquisition & activation — identifying, meeting and onboarding builders, contractors and project teams; getting them to place their first order on the platform, and beyond.

Relationship ownership — becoming the trusted point of contact who understands a buyer's sourcing needs and consistently solves for them.

Demand growth — driving repeat usage, larger basket sizes, and adoption of the platform as a buyer's default way to source materials.

Commercial fluency — understanding BOQs, quotations and margins well enough to negotiate credibly and advise buyers with confidence.

Data & process discipline — capturing what happens on the ground into clean data and repeatable playbooks that let the business scale.

On-ground presence — being physically present at sites, project offices and wherever buyers are, to build and protect the relationship.

Who We Are Looking For

Engineering background — mandatory. A B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

Mechanical, Mining or Metallurgical Engineering — a strong plus. given the materials, plant and industry context this role operates in, though we welcome all engineering disciplines.

High ownership and integrity. you treat the numbers and relationships in your charter as your own, and you do the right thing even when no one is watching.

A genuine go-getter attitude. you create your own leads and opportunities rather than waiting to be assigned a list — you go find the next supplier, the next buyer, the next problem worth solving.

Comfort operating in ambiguity. there is no fixed playbook here; you're building the process as you go, and that excites you rather than unsettles you.

An extroverted, relationship-first personality. someone who can walk into a factory, a site office or an unfamiliar building, strike up a conversation with a stranger, and turn it into a working relationship — able to enter the room, get past the gate, and open the door, literally and figuratively.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written. with the confidence and polish to present to internal leadership and external partners alike.

Working knowledge of MS Office and AI tools. comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and equally comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and similar) to work faster and think sharper.

0–2 years of experience. fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the right character are very welcome to apply.

Compensation & Engagement Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience A full-time role based in Delhi NCR, with a clear path to Category Manager, City / Cluster Lead, or

Growth Manager

Location: Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi
