Role Overview:

We're looking for a Delivery Leader to lead multiple delivery teams and Delivery Managers across the India/APAC business (with global coordination). The ideal candidate combines strategic program leadership with strong technical acumen and delivery expertise to challenge architecture, guide technical leads, and make informed trade-offs while driving predictable, high-quality outcomes across large, multi-squad programs.

The candidate should also possess a strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms, with experience delivering AI-enabled programs, Cloud Migration, Data Governance and working closely with architecture, engineering, and product teams to successfully implement AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery governance for a portfolio of programs across India and occasionally other geographies.
- Line-manage Delivery Managers and Project Managers; mentor them on delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
- Define and enforce delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and program-level dashboards; run regular program health reviews.
- Align clients, architects, sales/pre-sales, product teams, and business stakeholders on scope, priorities, and delivery approach.
- Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and timely escalations to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent adoption of Agile, hybrid, and enterprise delivery practices; lead retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide credible technical oversight by reviewing high-level architecture,



unblocking technical delivery issues, and supporting design trade-offs.
- Oversee the successful delivery of AI/GenAI initiatives, including Agentic AI, AI Agents, enterprise AI platforms, and cloud-native AI solutions.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and career development for the India delivery organization.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution estimation, and transition planning when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 18-25 years of IT experience with significant program and delivery leadership experience managing Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and large engineering teams.
- Strong technical acumen and delivery expertise with the ability to participate in architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Proven track record leading large, multi-squad programs across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Deep experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid delivery models, governance, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Excellent client-facing skills with CXO and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong people leadership with proven experience mentoring managers and building high-performing delivery organizations.
- Comfortable working with architects, engineering, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, AI/ML,



and Product teams.
- Project Delivery experience of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-based applications, and up-to-date AI platform architectures.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI programs or products, working closely with AI engineers, architects, and product teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, or RFP responses is an advantage.
- Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical degree preferred.
