Role: Business Intelligence Senior Associate

Work Mode: Hybrid - 4 days in a week

Position Description:

Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

Key Responsibilities 1) Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs 2) Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency. Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts 5) Design and implement new metrics,



techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption 6) Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

Skills Required:

Demonstrated ability to document complex systems , Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management , Microsoft Sql Servers, MSSQL, ETL

Skills Preferred:

Google Cloud Platform

Experience Required:

Senior Associate Exp: 4+ years' experience in relevant field hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS). Must have proven experience in analysing, reverse-engineering, and documenting complex, legacy data systems. This is a lead-level role requiring technical ownership and autonomy.

PRIMARY SKILLS REQUIRED: - Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) - Microsoft SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) - Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - T-SQL - Microsoft SQL Server

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information :

- Lead the technical decoding and reverse-engineering of legacy SSAS cubes and SSIS packages. - Create comprehensive, high-quality documentation of the existing platform's architecture and business logic. - Act as the subject matter expert to support the design and development of recent data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. - Provide hands-on operational support for the production MSBI environment, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. - Propose technical solutions and clearly communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders.
