International Equity Dealer

International Markets | Trade Execution | IBKR / Greeksoft | Client Support

We are looking for an experienced International Equity Dealer with hands-on experience in Interactive Brokers (IBKR) / Greeksoft trading terminals and a strong understanding of US and global financial markets.

The role will be responsible for executing trades across international equity and derivative markets, monitoring live market movements, managing orders and positions, supporting clients, and ensuring accurate and compliant trade execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working during international market hours, have strong knowledge of equity and derivative products, and be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced dealing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Trade Execution

- Execute client and proprietary trades across International Equity, Futures, Options and other financial instruments using IBKR / Greeksoft terminals.
- Handle end-to-end order execution, including order placement, modification, cancellation and monitoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution while maintaining focus on price, liquidity and market conditions.
- Monitor order status and resolve execution-related issues promptly.

1. Global Market Monitoring

- Track US and international equity markets, indices, futures and other relevant asset classes.
- Monitor global economic events, central-bank decisions, corporate announcements and market-moving news.
- Assess the potential impact of global events on client positions and trading activity.
- Maintain real-time awareness of market movements during international trading sessions.

1. Position, Margin & Risk Monitoring





- Monitor client and/or desk open positions, margins, collateral and risk exposure on a real-time basis.
- Ensure positions remain within prescribed risk and exposure limits.
- Monitor margin utilisation and coordinate with relevant teams regarding margin requirements or shortfalls.
- Escalate unusual market movements, execution issues or risk-related concerns promptly.

1. Client Trade Support

- Provide timely trade execution and dealing support to clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, executions, market movements and trade-related queries.
- Communicate market information clearly and professionally without compromising regulatory or internal dealing protocols.
- Maintain strong service standards during rapid-moving market conditions.

1. Trading Operations & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate records of orders, executions, positions and trading activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Risk and other internal teams to ensure smooth trade settlement and post-trade processes.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies or execution-related issues.
- Ensure all trading activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory, compliance and internal operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Interactive Brokers (IBKR)



/ Greeksoft trading terminals.
- Strong understanding of US and International Equity Markets.
- Working knowledge of Equities, Futures, Options and Derivatives.
- Good understanding of order execution, margin requirements, positions and basic risk management.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work during US / International market hours.
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
- NISM / NCFM / relevant market certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with an International Dealing Desk, Stock Broking Firm, Wealth Management Firm, Investment Platform or Financial Services Organisation.
- Hands-on experience handling live international orders and trading terminals.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients regarding trade execution and market-related queries.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, order management, margins and risk controls.
- Ability to remain calm, accurate and responsive during volatile market conditions.
- Strong ownership of trade execution and operational accuracy.
