Role Description The Datacenter Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the data center facility. This role manages infrastructure availability, monitors server performance, and ensures adherence to uptime, security, and compliance standards.

The Datacenter Operations

Manager coordinates maintenance activities, supervises operations and technical teams, and works closely with system administrators and network engineers to resolve incidents and optimize services. The role includes planning and executing operational improvements, managing vendor and partner relationships,



and supporting disaster recovery and backup processes.

Manager also contributes to capacity planning, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement to maintain RackBank®’s high service quality.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in Operations Management, with the ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and maintain high service levels.
- Hands-on expertise in Data Center Operations, including monitoring, incident management, change management, and adherence to uptime and security standards.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure management, including servers, storage, networking, and power and cooling systems within a data center environment.
- Practical knowledge of System Administration, covering Linux/Windows environments, virtualization, backups, and basic troubleshooting.
- Proven Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure and operational initiatives on time and within scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a Tier-III or similar data center environment and familiarity with industry standards and SLAs is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in a 24/7 operations environment, including participation in on-call
