Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Validator with 3–5 years of experience in data validation, data quality, data management, or data operations. The candidate will be responsible for validating and maintaining the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality of data across Elluminate and CDB Listing platforms.

The ideal candidate should have solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify data discrepancies and ensure that information meets defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate data and listings available in Elluminate and CDB Listing systems.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplication.
- Compare information across different sources and identify discrepancies.
- Perform data quality checks according to defined business rules and validation guidelines.
- Identify missing, incorrect, outdated, or inconsistent information and coordinate for correction.
- Maintain accurate records of validation activities and discrepancies.
- Perform regular quality audits on listings and database records.
- Investigate data-related issues and determine the appropriate resolution.
- Work closely with data management, operations, and business teams to resolve data-quality issues.




- Ensure validated data complies with established standards and processes.
- Prepare validation reports and maintain trackers for identified issues and their resolution.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
- Support process improvements and suggest ways to improve data validation accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Validation, Data Quality, Data Management, Data Operations, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience working with Elluminate and CDB Listing or similar data/listing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data validation and quality-checking processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small data discrepancies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large volumes of data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, lookup functions, and data comparison.
- Ability to follow defined validation rules, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with data cleansing and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of data quality metrics and reporting.
- Experience handling structured and unstructured data.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is an advantage.
- Experience in listing/data enrichment or master-data environments is preferred.
