Primary Skills The client needs a senior,hands-on data engineer who can own end-to-end data pipelines and SQL data models,build and deploy Python-based production data systems on Postgres/AWS,and enable analytics via BI tools (e.g.,Tableau/Looker) while documenting models,enforcing governance,and collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Data experience is a plus; otherwise, strong knowledge of data concepts is acceptable. However, the primary requirement is strong hands-on experience with Python and React. The ideal candidate should have solid full-stack development experience, with proficiency in backend development using Python and frontend development using React.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience contributing to ETL (Extraction Transform Load)



or ELT (Extraction Load Transform) pipelines
- Strong command of Python and experience building production web applications using Python
- Solid command of React and experience building production web applications using React.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgresql preferred), data modeling and database design
- Experience with cloud based services (AWS RDS preferred)
- Experience developing on (or administering) BI / data visualization platforms (ex. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Data Studio, Domo, QlikView etc.).
- You must be adaptable and adaptable—you will be operating in a fast-paced startup environment
