About HiWox HiWox is building a next-generation HealthTech platform focused on preventive healthcare, AI-powered health intelligence, and holistic wellness through the 9 Dimensions of Wellness .

We are building a technology-driven ecosystem combining healthcare professionals, diagnostics, wearable devices, behavioral data, AI, and personalized wellness programs to help individuals and organizations achieve measurable health outcomes.

As a Data Scientist , you will help build the data and intelligence layer powering HiWox's health insights, personalization, and future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Health Data & Analytics

- Collect, clean, structure, and analyze data from wellness assessments, user behavior, biometrics, consultations, wearables, and other health sources.
- Develop meaningful health and wellness metrics across the 9 Dimensions of Wellness.
- Identify patterns, trends, correlations, and risk indicators from health and behavioral data.

AI & Predictive Models
- Develop statistical and machine learning models for health risk assessment, personalization, recommendations, and behavioral insights.
- Contribute to the development of HiWox's Digital Health Index (DHI) and improve its scoring and predictive capabilities.
- Build recommendation systems for personalized wellness interventions and action plans.
- Experiment with LLMs and AI models for healthcare and wellness use cases.

Data Infrastructure & Product Integration
- Work with developers and product teams to design data pipelines and APIs required for AI-powered features.
- Structure datasets and knowledge bases for future AI systems.
- Ensure data is reliable, scalable, and usable across mobile, web, and enterprise dashboards.





Research & Experimentation
- Research emerging approaches in healthcare analytics, behavioral science, AI, and preventive healthcare.
- Design experiments and evaluate model performance.
- Convert research findings into practical product features and business insights.

Data Privacy & Quality
- Implement appropriate practices for handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Ensure data quality, validation, documentation, and responsible use of health information.
- Work with the product and engineering teams on privacy-conscious data architecture.

Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or AI.
- Strong statistical and analytical thinking.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and building production-oriented models.
- Interest in HealthTech, AI, preventive healthcare, or behavioral science.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days
- Understand and structure HiWox's existing health and wellness data.
- Contribute to the development and validation of the Digital Health Index (DHI).
- Build initial analytics and ML models for personalized wellness recommendations.




- Create data pipelines and datasets required for AI-powered product features.
- Develop dashboards and insights for consultants, users, and enterprise clients.
- Establish a strong foundation for HiWox's future AI-powered health intelligence system.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team role .

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate technical expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

- Can move beyond dashboards and build real intelligence systems.
- Is comfortable working with ambiguous, messy, real-world healthcare data.
- Can translate data into actionable health insights and product features.
- Can work closely with healthcare experts, engineers, product teams, and the founder.
- Has a solid ownership mindset and enjoys building from the ground up.
- Bonus if you have experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, Wearables, AI/ML, Healthcare Analytics, or Behavioral Science.

We're Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply creates reports or analyzes historical data.

We are looking for a founding Data Scientist who can help build HiWox's health intelligence layer, develop the Digital Health Index, create predictive and personalized wellness systems, and lay the foundation for an AI-powered preventive healthcare platform.
