- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 8+ years of overall experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics / Machine Learning.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Data Science projects from problem definition through model deployment.

- Solid Oil & Gas domain experience with practical understanding of industry processes and data.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with real-time operational or sensor data.

- Knowledge of digital oilfield / smart oilfield concepts.

- Experience with predictive maintenance and asset optimization.

- Experience deploying ML models into production environments.

- Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management.

- Experience working in Agile / cross-functional teams.
