? Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, advanced SQL, Python/R, AWS data & ML services, and Tableau. The role will focus on building metrics frameworks, predictive models, anomaly detection, dashboards, and operational analytics.

? Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Advanced Analytics
- 7+ years of relevant Data Science/ML experience
- Strong knowledge of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, Time Series & Bayesian Methods
- Advanced SQL with experience handling large, multi-source datasets




- Solid proficiency in Python or R
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels or similar
- Experience with AWS – SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue, QuickSight or similar
- Hands-on experience with Tableau
- Experience building metrics frameworks and dashboards from scratch
- Experience with Anomaly Detection / Predictive Modeling in production or operational environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple systems/sources

? Good to Have
- Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Lab Operations experience
- Operational Analytics, SLA Monitoring, Error Tracking, System Health Metrics
- Real-time/Streaming Analytics – Kinesis, Lambda

? Key Responsibilities
- Build metrics frameworks for digital ordering and operational pipelines
- Develop dashboards for volume, throughput, TAT, error rates, and system stability
- Build predictive models for failures, trends, and capacity planning
- Develop automated anomaly detection solutions
- Perform statistical root-cause analysis for production/system issues
- Partner with Engineering teams on data instrumentation
- Present complex analytical insights to leadership and technical teams
- Support ad-hoc analysis and production incident investigations
- Document metric definitions, model logic, data sources, and dashboards
