About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, and Statistics to build intelligent, data-driven solutions for Miror.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Medical, and Business teams to convert healthcare and business data into actionable insights, predictive models, and AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for healthcare and business use cases.

· Analyse customer, health, symptom, engagement, and business data to identify meaningful patterns.

· Build predictive models for customer behaviour, engagement, retention, personalization, and other use cases.

· Work on AI/ML, NLP, recommendation systems, and Generative AI/LLM applications.

· Perform statistical analysis, experimentation, and model validation.

· Build data pipelines and work with engineering teams to deploy models into production.

· Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.

· Translate complex data insights into clear business and product recommendations.

· Work responsibly with sensitive healthcare and personal data.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.

· Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, Mathematics, and Machine Learning.

· Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and preferably PyTorch/TensorFlow.





· Experience with predictive modelling, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.

· Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, recommendation systems, or related AI technologies is a strong advantage.

· Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, and ML deployment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

Education & Experience

Preferred:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML / Advanced Analytics.
- M.Tech/M.E. in AI, ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- M.Sc. in Mathematics / Statistics / Applied Mathematics.
- Candidates from premier institutes/universities such as IISc, IITs, Jadavpur University, ISI, NITs, or other reputed institutions are encouraged to apply.
- PhD / research experience in AI, ML, Mathematics, Statistics, or related areas is a plus.

Exception Exceptional candidates with strong academic credentials and hands-on AI/ML projects may be considered with less than 5 years of experience.

Nice to Have

· Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech / FemTech / Pharma / Life Sciences.

· Experience working with health or patient data.

· Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or recommendation engines.

· Research papers, publications, Kaggle/GitHub projects, or robust AI/ML portfolio.

· Startup or high-growth company experience.
