Your Impact: This role sits within the Localium - Performance team and is responsible for monitoring and improving dealer-level, regional, zonal, and national performance across Google and Meta campaigns for the HMIL (Hyundai) account, with a primary focus on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Budget Utilisation.

What You'll Do:

- Monitor dealer-level, regional, zonal, and national campaign performance across Google and Meta
- Identify underperforming dealers through performance dashboards and conduct root-cause analysis
- Implement campaign optimisations: audience changes, campaign setup corrections, activation/deactivation of campaign types
- Execute and monitor performance experiments through Google MCC and Meta Business Manager
- Partner with internal technology and dealer-facing teams to resolve campaign issues and track performance tickets




- Ensure timely implementation of recommendations to improve overall campaign effectiveness

You'll Thrive If You Have:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and budget utilization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify root causes, and implement optimization recommendations
- Experience with Google MCC, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to Performance Max campaigns
- Experience with dashboarding tools and ticketing systems
- Background in automotive marketing or hyperlocal/multi-location campaigns
