Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator to manage data entry, documentation, ERP transactions, and routine administrative data management activities. The candidate should be well-versed with computers and comfortable working on ERP systems and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system and other internal databases.
- Perform day-to-day data entry and ensure timely updating of records.
- Handle ERP transactions, data processing, and system-based documentation as required.
- Maintain and update records, reports, registers, and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entering or updating records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports, Excel sheets, and data summaries.
- Coordinate with various departments for collection and verification of required information.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and electronic records.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.




- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Support the team in routine administrative and documentation activities.
- Perform other data management and system-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Excel functions and data formatting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle repetitive data-entry activities with consistency.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and record management.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Freshers with positive computer knowledge and willingness to learn ERP systems may also be considered.
- Candidates with prior experience in ERP-based data entry / MIS / back-office operations, particularly in the construction or engineering industry, will be preferred.
