We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry & Shopify Order Executive to manage day-to-day computer data entry, Shopify orders, and basic e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, have good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify, and be able to manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Computer Work

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and company systems.
- Maintain records of products, orders, inventory, invoices, and other business-related information.
- Regularly update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Check data for errors and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.

Shopify Order Management

- Monitor and manage incoming orders on Shopify.
- Process orders and ensure they are correctly entered and prepared for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team for order packing and dispatch.
- Update order status, tracking details, and shipment information on Shopify.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and delivered orders.
- Handle basic order-related customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Keep track of COD/prepaid orders and ensure order information is accurate.




- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners regarding shipment issues when required.

Inventory & Product Management

- Update product inventory on Shopify.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock availability.
- Update product details, pricing, SKUs, images, and other information when required.
- Ensure products are correctly listed and available for sale.

Skills Required
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic to good knowledge of Shopify.
- Positive computer and internet skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce, Shopify, order processing, or back-office operations.
- Candidates with experience handling online orders and courier/logistics coordination will be preferred.
- Should be reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently.
