Company Description We are sydon. Commerce should be about the brand you build, not the operation you survive. Most operators run their business across fragmented tools that don't talk to each other, each one finding problems and handing the work back.
We're building sydon Symphony, the agentic operating system for commerce, where AI agents do that work themselves and Symphony orchestrates them into one system instead of a fragmented stack of tools. Eleven of those agents run in production today.
Role Description As a Data Engineer at Sydon.ai, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines that power our AI-driven platform for Commerce. In this full-time remote role, you will develop and optimize ETL processes, integrate data from multiple sources, and ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to model data, support analytics, and enable new features.
Daily responsibilities include managing data warehousing solutions, monitoring data infrastructure, troubleshooting performance issues, and implementing best practices for security and compliance. You will contribute to continuous improvement of our data architecture and help shape standards for data engineering across the organization. Deeply passionate about data, owning the data model,
pipelines using data governance tools is a must.
