Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Data Engineer role based in Bhopal.

The Data

Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support Lumenore’s analytics platform and customer solutions.

Responsibilities include developing and optimizing ETL processes, modeling and warehousing data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand data requirements, implement best practices,



and support advanced reporting and predictive use cases.

The Data

Engineer will also monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the data architecture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Data Modeling and Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python or Java).
- Candidates should possess experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and working with cloud data platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools and version control practices.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
