About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving complex data problems, taking ownership from design through to delivery, and working independently in a collaborative environment.

As a Data Engineer at EazyML, you will be responsible for building scalable and reliable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure Fabric, leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions. The successful candidate will have a passion for data engineering, a strong technical background, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks,



and Azure data services to build and manage data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing principles.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, or similar big data technologies, with a proven ability to develop efficient data processing workflows.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Fabric, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Build reliable ETL/ELT processes capable of handling both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, implementing best practices in data engineering.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive improvements.
- Engage with architects, data analysts, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery, high quality,



and alignment with project goals.
- Utilize AI and automation to innovate data processing and enhance engineering productivity.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, raising risks early and providing regular updates on progress.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on deliverables.
- Participate in global team discussions, including overlapping work hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET) as needed.
