- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and design principles.
- Experience with data integration and ETL tools to manage data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and storage solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality and processing issues.
- Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
