Collaboration with different teams to align data workflows and optimize system performance is also an integral part of the workday. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.




- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong experience in building and managing ETL processes to facilitate data migration and integration.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining data pipelines that ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems to support large-scale data operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools to enhance data accessibility and scalability.
