Location: Mumbai ( Powai)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 5Years

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to build and manage robust reporting frameworks while transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and proven experience in team and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end reporting suites aligned with business needs

Standardize metrics, formats, and data sources across brands

Develop insightful, customized reports for stakeholders

Build scalable reporting infrastructure for self-service analytics

Ensure data accuracy through validation and QA processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Analytics, IT)

Lead and mentor team members, driving performance and growth

Provide training and support on reporting tools and dashboards





Optimize reporting systems for performance and efficiency

Create visually impactful dashboards with consistent KPIs

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and data governance policies

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics/reporting

Strong expertise in VBA debugging, ETL processes, statistical analysis, and data validation

Advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Strong understanding of data governance and quality management

Proven experience in team leadership & stakeholder management

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
