Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and present business data using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and other reporting tools. The candidate will develop dashboards, automate reports, maintain data accuracy, and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and consolidate data from different departments and business systems.
- Manage reports, documents, and shared data through Microsoft SharePoint.
- Analyse trends and identify performance gaps and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely availability of data.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and dashboard-related issues.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to management.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Positive understanding of data cleaning, modelling, and visualisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into reports.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.





Preferred Skills

- Experience working with ERP, SAP, CRM, accounting, or retail management software.
- Knowledge of Power Automate is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sales, inventory, finance, and operational data.
- Previous experience in the retail or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Age below 35

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Power BI or Data Analytics certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Key Performance Indicators
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Reliability and usability of dashboards.
- Reduction in manual reporting work.
- Data quality and consistency.
- Quality of business insights provided to management.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
