Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics
Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:
Headcount
Attrition
Hiring and recruitment performance
Diversity metrics
Employee engagement
Internal mobility
Workforce costs
Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR decision-making.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.
Workforce Planning & Insights
Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce effectiveness.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee outcomes.
Data Management & Governance
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.
Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Dashboarding & Automation
Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.

Qualifications &
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human
Resources, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business
Intelligence, or a related analytics role.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Experience in a global organization is preferred.

Strong proficiency in
Power BI or Tableau
Advanced Excel
SQL
Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.
Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
