We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with ETL processes, Power BI, and AI tools/technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, reporting, automation, and decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing data and reporting processes.

- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

- Prepare and present analytical reports and insights to management.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.

- Good understanding and practical experience of ETL processes.





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools/technologies for data analysis, automation, or reporting.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.

- Valuable understanding of SQL.

- Ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in Data Analytics is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is analytical, data-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with AI, Power BI, ETL, and large datasets.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
