We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven professional with 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, or Consulting Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, complex data modelling, automation, and advanced Excel. Exposure to Chemical, Petrochemical, or Energy domains, along with market intelligence and business research, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Developing advanced Power BI dashboards and visualizations to generate actionable business insights.
2. Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
3. Building complex data models and analytical frameworks to support business requirements.
4. Developing Python and SQL-based solutions for data analysis, transformation, and reporting.
5. Automating reporting processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
6. Creating automated outputs and reports for business stakeholders.
7. Applying advanced Excel capabilities including Power Query and Pivot Tables for data analysis and modelling.
8. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven analytical solutions.
9. Supporting forecasting, scenario analysis, market intelligence, and business research initiatives.

Requirements

1. Possessing 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, or Consulting Analytics.
2. Demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Python, and SQL.
3. Having experience in complex data modelling and analytical frameworks.
4. Possessing experience in process automation, report automation, and workflow optimization.
5.



Demonstrating advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables; VBA will be preferred.
6. Having experience handling large datasets and developing automated business outputs.
7. Possessing exposure to Chemical, Petrochemical, or Energy industries will be preferred.
8. Having knowledge of trade data, supply-demand analysis, market intelligence, or business research will be an advantage.
9. Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; MBA candidates are also considered.
