About the Role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional consultant to support and enhance live Finance modules for our clients. You will resolve day-to-day issues, deliver small enhancements and configuration changes, and partner with business users to keep finance operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for D365 F&O; Finance modules – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,



Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting and Tax (India GST).
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Configure and deliver minor enhancements, period-end/month-end support and financial reporting changes.
- Support financial dimensions, chart of accounts, posting profiles and workflow configurations.
- Work with technical consultants on data fixes, integrations and reporting (Financial Reporter, Power BI, Electronic Reporting).
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct UAT support, user training and hypercare during change releases.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O; / AX Finance functional consultant.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation plus support/AMS experience.
- Working knowledge of India GST, TDS and statutory/localisation requirements.
- Good grasp of month-end/year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
