About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on D2C Brand & Growth Lead who can take ownership of the business and help build the brand from 0 to 1 and beyond .

This is a key role where you will work closely with the founders and own the complete D2C growth engine — from setting up the Shopify website and launching the brand to driving customer acquisition, managing marketplaces, and building a profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the D2C business and P&L; , including revenue, margins and growth targets.
- Set up and manage the Shopify website , including products, landing pages, offers and conversion optimization.
- Plan and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google and other relevant channels.
- Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate and customer retention .
- Manage Amazon, Nykaa and other marketplace listings, sales and performance.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, creative and other external agencies .




- Work closely with contract manufacturers and vendors for production planning, inventory and new product launches.
- Support overall brand building, customer acquisition and retention initiatives .
- Use data and market insights to identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve performance.

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, growth, performance marketing or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads and marketplaces .
- Comfortable working with numbers and understanding CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV and profitability .
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and execute quickly.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Someone who is excited by the chance to build a new brand from the ground up .
