Role Overview

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Lead to generate, pursue, and close cybersecurity service deals with US-based customers.

You will focus exclusively on pipeline creation, deal qualification, negotiation, and closure, working with dedicated technical and delivery teams post-sale.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Generation Closures

- Own the complete sales cycle for US customers
- Drive lead qualification, opportunity management, negotiation, and closure
- Convert prospects into paid pilots and long-term managed service contracts
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets

US Market Sales Execution
- Sell directly to Founders, CISOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Compliance leaders
- Handle commercial and trust objections related to offshore / India-based delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships and renewals

Pipeline Account Management
- Build and maintain a qualified US sales pipeline
- Forecast accurately and report deal status to leadership
- Manage key accounts from closure through renewal and expansion

Go-To-Market Discipline




- Execute defined GTM motions and sales playbooks
- Provide market feedback on pricing sensitivity and buyer behavior
- Support partnerships and referral-led opportunities

Services You Will Sell You will sell established offerings supported by dedicated technical teams:

- Managed SOC / MDR
- SOC 2 Readiness Audit Support
- vCISO / Security Advisory
- VAPT and Cyber Risk Assessments

Required Experience Must-Have

- 5 7+ years in cybersecurity services sales
- Documented history of closing cybersecurity deals with US customers
- Experience selling from India-based or offshore/global delivery organizations

- Robust ability to
- Run executive-level sales conversations

- Negotiate contracts and commercials
- Close recurring managed service deals
- Comfortable selling high-trust services remotely
