About the Role

Are you a newly minted CPA who wants to step outside traditional financial auditing and dive into the fast-growing world of Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Privacy Compliance?

We are looking for an ambitious, tech-curious CPA Associate to join our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team. In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical mindset and auditing rigor to evaluate IT systems, test control environments, and guide organizations through major cybersecurity standards.

If you are eager to learn frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, this is the perfect launchpad for your career in tech audit.

What You’ll Do

SOC 2 Audits: Assist in conducting SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type I and Type II assessments, testing internal controls across security, availability, and confidentiality.

Framework Compliance: Help assess clients against ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and other global data privacy and security standards.

Audit Documentation: Draft walkthroughs, review evidence, document testing results, and help prepare detailed audit reports.

Client Engagement: Interface directly with client engineering, IT,



and compliance teams to collect evidence and address audit queries.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving cybersecurity regulations, cloud infrastructure environments, and GRC best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Credential: Active CPA License (or recent candidate who has passed all four sections of the CPA exam).

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance (Public Accounting or GRC experience is a plus, but entry-level CPAs with strong drive are highly encouraged!).

Interest in Cybersecurity: Passion for cloud security, data privacy (GDPR/HIPAA), and IT controls.
