CyberArk PAM Administrator

Work experience required: 10+ years

Location : Navi Mumbai OR Chennai

We are looking for a highly technical CyberArk Platform & Automation Engineer / SME capable of operating across engineering, development, integration, and automation disciplines within a mature PAM environment.

Key Technical Expertise:

- Deep administration and engineering expertise across CyberArk PAS components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA and Identity integrations.
- Previously work with CyberArk EVD (Export Vault Data) to transform complex data to simplified management reporting
- Develop platform plugins for unsupported or bespoke target systems.
- Design and development of custom integrations and connectors using CyberArk APIs, REST APIs, and third-party interfaces.
- Strong PowerShell scripting capability for bulk account onboarding, secure creation, platform management, metadata updates, reporting,



reconciliation and operational automation.
- Software development experience in C++ (or similar low-level programming languages) to support custom plugin development, connector troubleshooting and advanced integrations.
- Expert knowledge of CyberArk Safes, Platforms, Accounts, Objects, Usage Policies and Access Controls.
- Experience automating large-scale account onboarding and lifecycle management activities across thousands of privileged accounts.
- Ability to troubleshoot low-level CPM, PSM, Vault and plugin issues using logs, traces and debugging techniques.
- Development and maintenance of API-driven solutions for account discovery, reconciliation, onboarding and reporting.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, SSH, databases and enterprise application authentication mechanisms.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM, JIRA, IAM/IDM and security monitoring platforms.
- Ability to perform platform customisation, password management workflow optimisation and privileged account governance improvements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-scale PAM architecture, resiliency, performance tuning and operational support.

Desirable Skills:

- CyberArk Defender / Sentry certifications.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
- Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel and cloud-native privileged access controls.
- Experience with Python, .NET and additional automation frameworks.
- Banking or financial services security experience within highly regulated environments.
