Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor role is a full-time, in office position based in Aurangabad. The instructor will design, develop, and deliver cyber security curricula, including lectures, hands-on labs, and assessments for students and corporate trainees. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, explaining core security concepts, demonstrating tools and techniques, and guiding learners through practical exercises and projects.

The role involves staying current with emerging threats and security best practices, updating course content, and providing mentorship and feedback to help learners progress.



The instructor will collaborate with the training team to align programs with industry standards and support workshops, internships, and special training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including security frameworks, risk management, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, including secure network design, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and VPNs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Application Security, including secure coding principles, vulnerability assessment, and remediation techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in Malware Analysis, including threat identification, reverse engineering basics, and incident response support.
- Prior experience teaching, training, or mentoring in cyber security or related technical domains is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learners.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to design hands-on labs, use industry-standard security tools, and adapt content to varying skill levels.
