- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Handle escalations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.




- Maintain proper call documentation and follow process guidelines.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive listening and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
