Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle calls from customers. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified communication and timely support.

Responsibilities:

- Manage 100–120 calls with candidates daily in a professional and efficient manner.
- Share accurate, clear, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources.
- Understand candidate queries, provide timely resolutions, or escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain and update detailed records of all interactions in Excel.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high-quality and productivity standards.
- Location: (Salt Lake Kolkata) Work From Office
- Note: Only Kolkata candidates are eligible.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min 6 months to 2 years of experience in the BPO, telecalling, or Tele sales Industry.
- Must have a laptop or desktop with 8 GB RAM
- Must have stable wifi/ network connection

Benefits

Salary: Monthly CTC - 18K - 20K Shift Time: Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Working Hours: 6 days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday off)

Employees are eligible to work from home for any two days in a month.
