About the Company Savyasasy Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. develops innovative ERP solutions for educational institutions. Our flagship product, School Chimes, is a comprehensive School ERP and Communication Platform that enables schools to efficiently manage academics, administration, communication, examinations, attendance, fees, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.
- Assist schools in resolving queries related to the School Chimes application.
- Understand customer issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Escalate technical issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.
- Guide customers on product features and best practices.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled communication and service.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Technical Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Language Requirement

- Tamil – Mandatory
- Telugu – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory

- Patience and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
