Working days : 5 Days working (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities :

- Fluent in English verbal and written communication
- Client and audience query handling
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Providing detailed information to customers
- Prompt response over Product Chat box
- Taking feedback from the customers
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients

Note : Training will be provided to the freshers (surat local candidates can apply only)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
